The only problem you might run into, in fact, will be deciding on what you are in the mood for.

Obviously, it depends on what you are looking for. In Paris, you will find everything from formal to casual vegan dining. The city of Romance also has its quaint little bistros and coffee shops to try out. A pretty popular formal hotspot is the restaurant, Le Potager de Charlotte. This chic eatery is located on the east side of town, near the Cadet Metro Station and is open at noon. The restaurant was founded by two brothers who started their business in 2015.

Their cuisine is strictly vegan and most of it is even gluten free. As a starter; you can order the Hard-Boiled Avocado. It is served up with turmeric hummus, fresh greens, and kala namak salt. or, perhaps you will want to go with their Sesame Marinated Tofu, which is seasoned with espelette pepper, black sesame, and spring onions.

For an entree, you might want to try the roasted eggplant with hummus, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onions, fresh herbs, roasted pistachios, and sesame cream. Dessert here hosts an assortment of elegant items such as Chocolate Mousse and the house’s own Strawberry “Charlotte”, a creamy yogurt, parfait type treat with rhubarb coulis, vanilla soy yogurt, and almond and buckwheat granola, topped with a lime zest drizzle. Yum, better save some room for that!

If you feel more inclined to a casual type of atmosphere, then brEAThe Restaurant might work better for you. BrEAThe is a full-service bistro with a laid back environment to it. They are located in the downtown area and offer lunch packages on Tuesday through Friday, from 12 to 2:30. The selection here is strictly vegan, but based on a seasonal menu, so it is dependent on what happens to be available during that given time of the year.

For those who might prefer a faster paced vegan dining experience, take a look at Hank Burger. Where would we be without the world’s fast food and short order brands?
